I know you're feeling a little down right now, like you're not quite where you should be, or not quite who you’re meant to be... but I need you to hear this: you are incredible, exactly the way you are.

There’s honestly nothing you can’t do. Every task that you’re given you don’t just complete it but exceed expectations, even if you don’t realise it I’m so impressed every time you do something new… Even the haircut… well at least the back. You adapt to every situation like you were made for it, and somehow you always land on your feet, even when you’re adamant that you’re falling.

You have this special creative eye that turns everything into something beautiful with literally no effort needed. You just chuck some clothes on every morning and create an outfit which makes me have to say Santa’s Mobility Vehicle. Your paintings, even though you haven’t done any for a while you always make something that just looks amazing. I actually want you to paint our Taylor Swift themes pictures for the flat. You’ve also created the best scrapbook I’ve ever seen and can just whip out the most insane drawing just to fill up some space. You're an insanely quick reader and will just finish a book in 1 day and be able to act out and perform the entire book to me in the form of a play the day after. And don’t even get me started on your flatpack furniture skills.

You’ve travelled across the world from Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the USA and explored the history and geography. At times you’re like a living encyclopaedia, and i'm constantly learning new things from you. You managed to fit into British culture like it was nothing. You could probably win a pub quiz on your own. And your knowledge of Taylor Swift? Truly unmatched even if you don’t think it’s impressive.

But what I admire most, more than your smarts, style, and wildly impressive Grey’s Anatomy medical expertise, is your heart. You see people. You understand them. You make them feel heard, loved, and appreciated in ways most can’t even explain. Whether it’s through the perfect gift or just being present in a way that makes others feel safe, you give so much of yourself to the people around you.

That’s your superpower baby. Not just knowing people, but making them feel seen. And in case you need the reminder: I see you. I see all that you are and all that you’re still becoming, and I couldn’t be prouder to love you.

You are enough. You are more than enough. And I’ll keep reminding you for as long as you need.
